रुद्रस्य रणप्रवेशः तथा दैत्यगणानां बाणवृष्टिः

Rudra Enters the Battlefield; the Daityas’ Arrow-Storm

पार्वत्युवाच । विष्णो जलंधरो दैत्यः कृतवान्परमाद्भुतम् । तत्किं न विदितं तेऽस्ति चेष्टितं तस्य दुर्मतेः

pārvatyuvāca | viṣṇo jalaṃdharo daityaḥ kṛtavānparamādbhutam | tatkiṃ na viditaṃ te'sti ceṣṭitaṃ tasya durmateḥ

Pārvatī dit : « Ô Viṣṇu, le démon Jalandhara a accompli des actes extrêmement étonnants. Y a-t-il quoi que ce soit — n'importe quel acte de cet être malveillant — qui ne te soit pas connu ? »
