शब्दब्रह्मतनुवर्णनम् — Description of the Form of Śabda-Brahman

मेधाकारमभूद्भूयस्सर्वधर्मार्थसाधकम् । गायत्रीप्रभवं मंत्रं सहितं वश्यकारकम्

medhākāramabhūdbhūyassarvadharmārthasādhakam | gāyatrīprabhavaṃ maṃtraṃ sahitaṃ vaśyakārakam

Puis s’éleva de nouveau une puissance dispensatrice de sagesse ; elle devint le moyen d’accomplir tout dharma et les buts légitimes. Né de la Gāyatrī, ce mantra—lorsqu’il est pratiqué selon la règle—donne la maîtrise du mental et des sens, et rend réceptif ce qui doit être guidé.
