दधीच-शाप-हेतु-वर्णनम् / The Cause of Dadhīca’s Curse

Explaining Viṣṇu’s Role at Dakṣa’s Sacrifice

तस्मात्समेत्य राजेन्द्र सर्वयज्ञो न भूयते । करोमि यत्नं राजेन्द्र दधीचविजयाय ते

tasmātsametya rājendra sarvayajño na bhūyate | karomi yatnaṃ rājendra dadhīcavijayāya te

C’est pourquoi, ô roi des rois, même après avoir rassemblé tous les requis, un sacrifice total ne peut être mené à son accomplissement. Aussi, ô meilleur des rois, je m’efforcerai pour que tu remportes la victoire sur Dadhīca.
