Ô Śambhu, sans cesse un frémissement saisit les membres de mes compagnons. Aujourd’hui, la victoire sera sûrement nôtre; aussi, ô Seigneur, envoie-moi d’ici.

It highlights śaraṇāgati (surrender): even when confidence of success arises, the devotee seeks the Lord’s sanction, acknowledging Śiva as Pati who directs all outcomes.
By addressing Śiva personally as “Śambhu” and “Prabhu,” the verse reflects Saguna devotion—approaching Shiva as the compassionate Lord who actively guides and protects devotees.
A practical takeaway is to begin actions with Shiva-smaraṇa and a brief japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), mentally offering the act to Śiva and seeking his inner permission.
