It teaches that worship grounded in satya (truthful integrity) invokes the Goddess’s grace, which dissolves saṃsāra-bhaya (existential fear) and supports the soul’s movement toward liberation under Shiva’s supreme lordship.
In Shaiva practice, sincere worship of Saguna Shiva (often through the Linga) is inseparable from honouring Shakti; this verse highlights that divine grace responds to truthful devotion, removing obstacles so the devotee can steadily progress in Shiva-bhakti.
Perform daily worship with truthfulness—offer simple upacāras while repeating a Shiva-mantra such as the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), maintaining inner sincerity; the emphasis is less on complexity and more on satya and steady devotion.
