कामशापानुग्रहः (Kāmaśāpānugraha) — “The Curse and Grace Concerning Kāma”
जातेषु तेषु विप्रेन्द्र अग्निष्वात्तादिकेष्वथ । लोकानां पितृवर्गेषु कव्यवाह स समंततः
jāteṣu teṣu viprendra agniṣvāttādikeṣvatha | lokānāṃ pitṛvargeṣu kavyavāha sa samaṃtataḥ
Ô le meilleur des brahmanes, lorsque furent apparues ces classes de Pitṛs, tels les Agniṣvāttas et les autres, alors Kavyavāha—le porteur de l’oblation—fut établi partout parmi les ordres ancestraux des mondes, transmettant les offrandes accomplies avec foi.
