दक्षयज्ञे सत्या अपमानबोधः — Satī Encounters Disrespect at Dakṣa’s Sacrifice
सत्युवाच । अनाहूतस्त्वया कस्माच्छंभुः परमशोभनः । येन पूतमिदं विश्वं समग्रं सचराचरम्
satyuvāca | anāhūtastvayā kasmācchaṃbhuḥ paramaśobhanaḥ | yena pūtamidaṃ viśvaṃ samagraṃ sacarācaram
Satī dit : « Pourquoi as-tu laissé Śambhu—le plus resplendissant—sans invitation ? C’est Lui par qui l’univers tout entier, dans sa plénitude, avec tout ce qui bouge et ce qui ne bouge pas, est sanctifié et purifié. »

Satī affirms Śiva as Śambhu, the supreme sanctifier (Pati) whose grace purifies the whole cosmos; to disregard Him is to disregard the very source of auspiciousness and inner purification.
By calling Śiva “paramaśobhana” and the purifier of all, the verse supports Saguna devotion—honoring Śiva in worship (including Liṅga-pūjā) as the manifest, approachable Lord whose presence consecrates devotees and the world.
