दक्षयज्ञे सत्या अपमानबोधः — Satī Encounters Disrespect at Dakṣa’s Sacrifice
महद्विनिंदा नाश्चर्यं सर्वदाऽसत्सु सेर्ष्यकम् । महदंघ्रिरजो ध्वस्ततमस्सु सैव शोभना
mahadviniṃdā nāścaryaṃ sarvadā'satsu serṣyakam | mahadaṃghrirajo dhvastatamassu saiva śobhanā
Le dénigrement des grands n’a rien d’étonnant : parmi les êtres faux et impurs, il s’accompagne toujours de jalousie. Mais pour ceux dont l’obscurité a été dissipée par la poussière des pieds du Grand Seigneur, cette même situation devient un ornement, car elle magnifie leur dévotion inébranlable.
