कामप्रादुर्भावः — The Manifestation/Arising of Kāma
अस्मिञ्जीवाश्च देवाद्यास्त्रैलोक्ये सचराचरे । एते सर्वे भविष्यन्ति न क्षमास्त्यवलंबने
asmiñjīvāśca devādyāstrailokye sacarācare | ete sarve bhaviṣyanti na kṣamāstyavalaṃbane
Dans ce triple monde—mobile et immobile—existent les êtres, à commencer par les dieux, ainsi que toutes les âmes incarnées. Tous adviendront puis s’évanouiront; nul n’a le pouvoir de demeurer ici en s’appuyant sur quelque soutien que ce soit.

It teaches vairāgya: even gods and all beings in the three worlds are subject to becoming and passing away, so the seeker should not cling to worldly props but turn toward Shiva as the enduring refuge.
Since no created support can truly sustain one, devotion to Shiva—worshipped as the Liṅga (Saguna symbol of the Supreme)—is presented as the stable spiritual anchor beyond the instability of worldly existence.
A practical takeaway is steady japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with a detached mind, supported by simple Shiva-upāsanā such as vibhūti (tripuṇḍra) and Rudrākṣa as aids to remembrance rather than worldly dependence.
