Sthala Purana: The sons proceed to the same ‘place’ as their elder brothers for prajā-sarga; the text hints at a sanctified locus but does not identify a Jyotirliṅga.
Significance: Teaches that even prajā-sarga is framed by vrata and discipline; yet the ‘same course as elder brothers’ foreshadows a turn from worldly creation toward tapas and purity.
It highlights disciplined obedience and steadfast vows, showing that even within worldly duties like prajā-sarga, the truly “siddha” move in a purified, dharmic way—pointing to Shaiva Siddhanta’s emphasis on right conduct and inner maturity as supports for grace and liberation.
Though the verse speaks of progeny-creation, its subtext is vow-based discipline (vrata) and siddhi—qualities cultivated through Saguna Shiva worship (Linga-pūjā, mantra-japa, and niyama), which stabilize the mind and align action with dharma.
The practical takeaway is dṛḍha-vrata: adopt a steady daily sādhana such as Panchākṣarī japa ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa, maintaining consistency and purity of intent.
