Ayant atteint son dessein, elle se tint les mains jointes et loua sans cesse le Seigneur Śiva, le Divin—celui qui rend au maître de la vie—comme si, par dévotion, elle offrait sa propre vie pour son époux.

The verse highlights fulfilled devotion (kṛtārthatā) expressed through repeated praise and surrender, showing that Śiva’s grace (anugraha) responds to earnest bhakti and restores what is most vital to the devotee—life, protection, and spiritual steadiness.
The mood is personal and devotional—folded hands, stuti, and repeated remembrance—typical of Saguna Śiva worship. In Linga-upāsanā, this same attitude is expressed through namaskāra, stotra, and inner offering of one’s prāṇa (life-breath) to the Lord present in the Linga.
Repeated japa and stuti with añjali (folded hands) is implied—especially Panchākṣarī japa (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with heartfelt surrender, offering one’s breath and mind to Śiva again and again.
