हिमालयस्य निर्णयः — शिवाय पार्वत्याः प्रदाने

Himālaya’s Resolution to Give Pārvatī to Śiva

वाक्यदत्ता गिरीन्द्रेण पार्वती ते हि नान्यथा । उद्वाहाय प्रगच्छ त्वं गणैर्देवैश्च संयुतः

vākyadattā girīndreṇa pārvatī te hi nānyathā | udvāhāya pragaccha tvaṃ gaṇairdevaiśca saṃyutaḥ

«Pārvatī t’a été promise par Girīndra (l’Himālaya) par sa parole donnée—il n’en est point autrement. Va donc au mariage, accompagné de tes gaṇas et rejoint par les dieux.»
