FAQs

The verse highlights Shiva as Pati—the sovereign, radiant Lord—whose speech arises from bliss and compassion, indicating that divine guidance is not driven by anger but by conscious grace that steadies gods and worlds.

By naming Rudra as “Bharga” (radiance) and showing Him actively addressing the devas, the text emphasizes Saguna Shiva—personally present and guiding—who is worshipped through the Linga as the accessible form of the transcendent Lord.

The takeaway is to approach Shiva’s presence with mudā (inner joy) and reverent attention—practically expressed through japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and calm, smiling mindfulness during worship.
