It shows that the Supreme Lord, though beyond all bonds, expresses compassionate, relatable līlā—revealing that sanctified love and remembrance (darśana-bhāva) can become a devotional path that softens the heart toward grace.
The verse emphasizes Saguna Shiva—God approached through form, relationship, and presence. Just as Śiva seeks ‘darśana’ in līlā, devotees seek the Lord’s presence through liṅga-darśana, pūjā, and festival observances.
Regular observance of parva-days (auspicious occasions) with Shiva-darśana—liṅga-abhiṣeka, japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), and wearing vibhūti (tripuṇḍra) as a sign of continual remembrance.
