एवं कृच्छ्रेण महता नीत्वा स्वविपुलं वयः । जरयाग्रस्तसवार्ङ्गी दुःखमाप दुरत्ययम्
evaṃ kṛcchreṇa mahatā nītvā svavipulaṃ vayaḥ | jarayāgrastasavārṅgī duḥkhamāpa duratyayam
Ainsi, après avoir traversé sa longue vie au prix d’une grande épreuve, tout son corps saisi par la vieillesse, elle tomba dans une souffrance difficile à surmonter—suggérant l’enseignement śaiva : seul le refuge en Pati, le Seigneur Śiva, fait franchir l’emprise du déclin.
