Transliteration

asyá pītvā́ madā́nām índro vṛtrā́ṇy apratí | jaghā́na jaghánac ca nú ||

Translation

Ayant bu de ces ivresses (madá), Indra frappa les Vṛtra, ceux qui ne cèdent pas; il les a frappés — et maintenant encore il frappe sans cesse.
