पूर्वीष्ट इन्द्रोपमातयः पूर्वीरुत प्रशस्तयः सूनो हिन्वस्य हरिवः । वस्वो वीरस्यापृचो या नु साधन्त नो धियो नभन्तामन्यके समे ॥

pūrvī́ṣṭa indrópa-mātayaḥ pūrvī́r utá práśastayaḥ sū́no hinvásya harivaḥ | vásvo vīrásy ā́pṛco yā́ nu sā́dhanta no dhíyo nábhantām anyaké samé ||

Nombreux sont tes secours d’autrefois, ô Indra; nombreuses aussi tes louanges, ô fils de la Force, ô Harivan, maître des coursiers fauves. Ces contacts avec le trésor du héros, qui maintenant accomplissent nos pensées inspirées—que les autres soient dispersés dans le même champ.
