Transliteration

prá vo mahé matáyo yantu víṣṇave marútvate giri-jā́ evayā́marut | prá śárdhāya práyajyave sukhā́daye távase bhandád-iṣṭaye dhúni-vratāya śávase ||

Translation

Qu’en avant s’élancent vos grandes forces de pensée vers Viṣṇu, accompagné des Maruts, ô Maruts nés de la puissance des montagnes. En avant—vers la troupe digne du sacrifice; vers la force qui donne l’aisance joyeuse; vers le Fort qui aime l’offrande bienheureuse; vers la puissance dont le vœu est l’élan tonnant, vers la vigueur.
