अश्रीरा तनूर्भवति रुशती पापयामुया । पतिर्यद्वध्वो वाससा स्वमङ्गमभिधित्सते ॥
Transliteration
aśrīrā tanū́r bhavati ruśátī pā́payā muyā́ | patír yád vadhvò vāsásā svám áṅgam abhidhítsate ||
Translation
Sans éclat devient le corps, et vers un faux scintillement il se tourne — par cet élan funeste et trompeur ; lorsque l’époux veut s’emparer de l’être même de l’épouse seulement par le vêtement, par la forme extérieure et non par l’âme au-dedans.
