The Slaying of Indrajit
तंसमीक्ष्यमहातेजामहेषुंतेनसंहितम् ।।।।लक्ष्मणोऽप्याददेबाणमद्यभदीमपराक्रमः ।
taṃ samīkṣya mahātejā maheṣuṃ tena saṃhitam | lakṣmaṇo 'py ādade bāṇam adya bhīmaparākramaḥ ||
Voyant ce grand trait flamboyant, préparé par lui, Lakṣmaṇa aussi—terrible par sa vaillance—saisit une autre flèche, résolu pour l’affrontement.
Extraordinarily brilliant and of terrific valour, Lakshmana, perceiving the mighty shaft yoked by him (by Indrajith), he took up another arrow.
