(Preventing Indrajit’s Banyan-Tree Rite) / Indrajit Confronts Vibhishana

"Before he enters the banyan tree, you destroy Indrajith, with his chariot, horses and charioteer by the flaming arrows"
Violence against the righteous invites inevitable karmic consequence; dharma is protected by a larger cosmic order in which adharma ultimately serves its own defeat.
Vibhīṣaṇa challenges Indrajit to face Lakṣmaṇa and foretells his death and posthumous subordination to divine purpose.
Lakṣmaṇa’s divine-like steadfastness in righteous war (kṣātra-dharma) and Vibhīṣaṇa’s unwavering commitment to truth.
