Having heard Jambavan, all the Vanaras finally shed their fear and returned to see Vibheeshana.
Right action requires freedom from panic; dharma is supported by listening to wise counsel and returning to disciplined perception rather than fear-driven reaction.
The frightened Vānaras, reassured by Jāmbavān, return and look upon Vibhīṣaṇa.
Collective virtue of śravaṇa (heeding good counsel) and regained courage.
