Que le campement soit établi ici même ; que le conseil se tienne ici, afin que cette armée de Vānaras puisse atteindre l'autre rive.
We will have to leave the army of vanaras here itself. We have to deliberate how to get the vanaras to the other shore.
Dharma here appears as responsible leadership: pausing to deliberate and plan for the safety and success of the community (the Vānara host) before attempting a dangerous crossing.
Rāma’s forces have reached the seashore facing Laṅkā; they must decide how to get the Vānara army across to the far side.
Prudence and strategic restraint—Rāma does not rush; he orders an encampment and structured counsel.
