Parvenus, déguisés, aux abords du mont Suvela, ils virent Rāma et Lakṣmaṇa, avec Sugrīva et Vibhīṣaṇa.
Reaching the Suvela mountain in disguise, they saw Rama and Lakshmana along with Sugriva and Vibheeshana.
Dharma here is strategic responsibility: gathering truthful intelligence (satya as accurate reporting) while minimizing harm—done through disguise and observation rather than open violence.
The spies arrive near Suvela and visually confirm the key leaders assembled on Rāma’s side.
Vigilance and preparedness—leadership is shown as coordinated presence (Rāma-Lakṣmaṇa with Sugrīva and Vibhīṣaṇa).
