Thereafter broad-necked Sugriva started to communicate to Rama the advice of Vibheeshana about Sagara.
Dharma is expressed as acting through proper counsel and proper procedure—approaching even a formidable power (the ocean) with respectful, orderly conduct rather than rash force.
Sugrīva starts conveying Vibhīṣaṇa’s recommended method for dealing with the ocean.
Prudence and teachability: leaders accept and transmit sound counsel for the common objective.
