Alors le Seigneur (Rāma), avec son frère Lakṣmaṇa, vit son père : rayonnant de sa propre splendeur et revêtu de vêtements blancs, sans souillure.
Raghava with his younger brother Lakshmana saw his father who was effulgent, blazing and adorned in white clothes.
Dharma is reflected in honoring lineage and parental bonds; righteous action culminates in reconciliation and blessing from elders.
Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa are granted a vision of Daśaratha, who appears in a purified, luminous form.
Rāma’s steadfast filial righteousness (pitṛ-vākya-paripālana as a life-principle) is implicitly affirmed by the father’s radiant presence.
