The Slaying of Jambumali
Mighty Jambumali killed by that blow dropped down dead at once with his ornaments reduced to powder.
The verse points to the fragility of external splendor: ornaments and might do not protect one who stands against a righteous cause.
Jāmbumālin dies immediately from Hanumān’s strike and collapses to the ground.
Hanumān’s decisive competence—swift completion of a necessary act in conflict.
