शरत्प्रवेशे रामविलापः तथा सुग्रीवप्रमादे लक्ष्मणप्रेषणम्
Autumn’s Onset: Rama’s Lament and Lakshmana Sent to Sugriva
विपक्वशालिप्रसवानि भुक्त्वाप्रहर्षिता सारसचारुपङ्क्तिः।नभस्समाक्रामति शीघ्रवेगाःवातावधूता ग्रथितेव माला।।
vipakvaśāliprasavāni bhuktvā praharṣitā sārasacārupaṅktiḥ |
nabhaḥ samākrāmati śīghravegā vātāvadhūtā grathiteva mālā ||
Après s’être nourries des épis mûrs de riz, les belles rangées de sārasa, joyeuses et rapides, envahissent le ciel—poussées par le vent, telles une guirlande enfilée et jetée vers les hauteurs.
