Great ascetic Viswamitra, hearing Rama's words, chose a not-too-crowded place near a water-source for encampment.
Satya-oriented inquiry: a righteous ruler seeks truthful knowledge before acting, asking directly and respectfully about identity and lineage.
Janaka, seeing the two armed princes accompanying Viśvāmitra, marvels at their likeness and radiance and asks whose sons they are.
Janaka’s discernment and reverence: he observes carefully, praises appropriately, and requests the truth from the sage.
