Transliteration

na hi te strī-vadha-kṛte ghṛṇā kāryā narottama | cāturvarṇya-hitārthāya kartavyaṃ rājasūnunā ||

Translation

Ô meilleur des hommes, ne te retiens pas par pitié sous prétexte qu’il s’agit de tuer une femme ; un fils de roi doit accomplir ce qui est requis pour le bien des quatre varṇa.
