Transliteration

teṣām api mahātejā rāmaḥ satyaparākramaḥ ||

iṣṭaḥ sarvasya lokasya śaśāṅka iva nirmalaḥ ||

Translation

Même parmi eux, Rāma—d’une grande splendeur et d’une vaillance fidèle—était cher à tout le monde; pur et sans tache, il rayonnait tel la lune.
