ऋषिपुत्र: प्रतिश्रुत्य तथेत्याह नृपं तदा।स नृपेणाभ्यनुज्ञात: प्रययौ सह भार्यया।।1.11.21।।
ṛṣiputraḥ pratiśrutya tathety āha nṛpaṃ tadā | sa nṛpeṇābhyanujñātaḥ prayayau saha bhāryayā ||1.11.21||

The son of the sage assented to the king's command saying 'So be it'. And permitted by him, departed along with wife (for Ayodhya).
Dharma as disciplined assent and truthful follow-through: agreement (“tathā”) is matched by action—he departs as permitted.
R̥śyaśr̥ṅga accepts Romapāda’s instruction/permission and leaves with Śāntā toward Daśaratha’s city.
R̥śyaśr̥ṅga’s reliability and obedience within proper authority structures.
