स तु हर्षात्तमुद्देशं जनौघो विपुलः प्रयान्।अशोभत महावेगस्समुद्र इव पर्वणि।।।।
sa tu harṣāt tam uddeśaṃ janaugho vipulaḥ prayān | aśobhata mahāvegaḥ samudra iva parvaṇi ||
Cette foule immense, s’avançant avec joie vers le lieu désigné, se rua avec une grande impétuosité, splendide comme l’océan qui enfle à la marée de pleine lune en jour de fête.
Then surveyors, experts in measurment, energetic and zealous labourers, excavators, engineers, skilled workers, architects, craftsmen, carpenters, roadlevellers, woodcutters, welldiggers, whitewashers, basketmakers, competent supervisors were sent in advance.
