Daśaratha Questions Sumantra; Messages from the Forest Threshold

How can the son of the guardian of the earth who is accustomed to a comfortable bed and not to undeserved suffering lie down on the ground like an orphan, O Sumantra
Dharma is expressed as restraint and reverence in suffering: Rama remains composed and respectful even when wronged.
Sumantra describes the final sight: Rama and Sita watching as the royal chariot turns back toward Ayodhya.
Rama’s self-control and humility; Lakshmana’s supportive loyalty; Sita’s steadfast love amid grief.
