मा रोदीर्मा च कार्षीस्त्वं देवि संपरिशोषणम्।।2.10.32।।अवध्यो वध्यतां को वा को वा वध्यो विमुच्यताम्।दरिद्रः को भवत्वाढ्यो द्रव्यवान्वाऽप्यकिञ्चनः।।2.10.33।।
mā rodīr mā ca kārṣīs tvaṃ devi saṃpariśoṣaṇam || (2.10.32) || avadhyo vadhyatāṃ ko vā ko vā vadhyo vimucyatām | daridraḥ ko bhavatv āḍhyo dravyavān vā 'py akiñcanaḥ || (2.10.33) ||
Ne pleure pas, ô reine, et ne consume pas ton corps. Qui ne doit pas être mis à mort—qu’il le soit ; et qui mérite la mort—qu’il soit relâché. Que le pauvre devienne riche, et que le riche devienne dénué de biens.
