Unspecified (narrative voice within Padma Purāṇa, Sṛṣṭikhaṇḍa)
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
Type: celestial_realm
Sandhi Resolution Notes:
It states that by dhāraṇā (wearing/maintaining/holding) the thirteen-faced form, one is freed from all sins and gains an imperishable heaven (akṣaya svarga).
Śiva is cited as the exemplar: the devotee’s attainment of akṣaya svarga is likened to Maheśvara’s divine status and exalted abode.
The verse highlights the Purāṇic theme that sincere religious observance (dhāraṇā linked to a sacred form) purifies wrongdoing and yields lasting spiritual merit.
