जिताहारः स धर्मात्मा निद्रया परिवर्जितः । स सर्वान्विषयांस्त्यक्त्वा एकांतमपि सेवते

jitāhāraḥ sa dharmātmā nidrayā parivarjitaḥ | sa sarvānviṣayāṃstyaktvā ekāṃtamapi sevate
