Narada (hymnic praise within the narrative frame)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It presents Vishnu as the complete Lord of cosmic functions—creation, sustenance, support, and dissolution—while also affirming His transcendence as the Unborn, approached through devotional praise (stuti).
Bhakti is expressed here through nāma-stuti: remembering and reciting the Lord’s attributes (creator, sustainer, ender, māyā-controller) to cultivate surrender and single-pointed devotion to Vishnu.
Primarily Vyākaraṇa/lexical precision in epithets (kartṛ, bhartṛ, dhātṛ, antaka) and the doctrinal use of māyā-terms (mohin, kṣobhin) for conveying cosmology; no specific ritual or astrology instruction is stated in this verse.
