यथा यथा हि रमसे मोहिन्या सह भूपते । तथा तथा मम प्रीतिर्वर्द्धते नात्र संशयः ॥ १० ॥
yathā yathā hi ramase mohinyā saha bhūpate | tathā tathā mama prītirvarddhate nātra saṃśayaḥ || 10 ||
Ô roi, plus tu te réjouis de la compagnie de Mohinī, plus mon affection pour toi grandit; là-dessus, il n’y a aucun doute.

By contrast: as attachment grows through repeated enjoyment, bhakti too is taught to grow through repeated remembrance and loving association with the divine—showing the Purāṇic principle that sustained focus strengthens the heart’s orientation.
