The Description of the Four Durgā Mantras
फलैर्हुत्वामुयाल्लक्ष्मीमुदुंबरपलाशजैः । गोमायुमांसैस्तामेव कवितां पायसांधसा ॥ २५ ॥
phalairhutvāmuyāllakṣmīmuduṃbarapalāśajaiḥ | gomāyumāṃsaistāmeva kavitāṃ pāyasāṃdhasā || 25 ||
En offrant dans le feu des fruits—surtout ceux de l’udumbara et du palāśa—on obtient la prospérité, la grâce de Lakṣmī. En offrant la chair du gomāyu (chacal), on reçoit kavitā, l’inspiration poétique; et en offrant le pāyasa, riz cuit dans le lait, on obtient le même don de poésie.
