The Description of the Four Durgā Mantras
समर्प्यासनमेतेन तत्र संपूजयेच्छिवाम् । त्रिकोणमध्यषट्कोणपद्मभूपुरमध्यतः ॥ १४ ॥
samarpyāsanametena tatra saṃpūjayecchivām | trikoṇamadhyaṣaṭkoṇapadmabhūpuramadhyataḥ || 14 ||
Après avoir offert l’āsana par ce mantra, qu’on adore ensuite Śivā selon les rites complets, en la plaçant au centre même du diagramme sacré—au cœur du bhūpura, dans le lotus, dans l’hexagone et dans le triangle central.

It teaches that divine worship is centered on inner order: the Goddess is invoked at the very heart of a consecrated space (bhūpura–lotus–hexagon–triangle), symbolizing progressively subtler levels of approach to the deity.
Bhakti here is expressed as attentive, reverent service—offering an āsana and then performing complete worship—showing devotion as disciplined presence and ritual care directed to the deity at the sacred center.
It highlights practical ritual-technology: the construction and use of a mandala/yantra (bhūpura, padma, ṣaṭkoṇa, trikoṇa) and correct placement of the deity for worship—knowledge aligned with kalpa-style procedural expertise.
