It sanctifies a specific ritual hand-gesture (Cakra-mudrā) as an authorized way to honor Nṛhari, emphasizing correct bodily discipline as a support for focused devotion in the deity’s presence.
Bhakti is expressed not only through emotion but through precise, reverential worship—forming the prescribed mudrā becomes a physical act of surrender and attentive remembrance before Nṛhari.
It highlights technical ritual procedure (prayoga)—the correct formation and placement of a mudrā used in pūjā, reflecting the text’s Book 1.3 focus on applied sacred sciences and regulated worship.
