Qu’on accomplisse le nyāsa des paroles sacrées sur la bouche, le sommet de la tête, le nez, les yeux et les oreilles; aussi sur le visage, le cœur et le nombril, puis sur tous les membres du corps.
Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, Vedanga/ritual practice context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches nyāsa—internalizing the mantra/vedic words by ritually placing them on key sense-organs and vital centers, making the body a purified seat for sacred sound.
By consecrating speech, senses, and the whole body through nyāsa, the practitioner becomes fit to recite and remember the Divine with steadiness—supporting disciplined devotional practice through embodied reverence.
It reflects Śikṣā and ritual application: correct handling of Vedic sound (pada) with bodily placement (nyāsa) to support focused recitation and disciplined mantra-prayoga.
