The Exposition of Nṛsiṁha Worship-Mantras, Nyāsa, Mudrās, Yantras, Kavaca, and Nṛsiṁha Gāyatrī

नेत्र वर्मास्त्रमुच्चार्य्यप्राणाधार इतीरयेत् । आदिदेवपदात्प्राणापानपश्चान्निविष्टितः ॥ १९३ ॥

netra varmāstramuccāryyaprāṇādhāra itīrayet | ādidevapadātprāṇāpānapaścānniviṣṭitaḥ || 193 ||

Après avoir énoncé les mantras de « netra » (protection des yeux), « varman » (armure) et « astra » (arme), qu’on prononce ensuite la formule « prāṇādhāra », soutien du souffle vital. Puis, depuis le siège de l’Ādi-deva, qu’on place prāṇa et apāna dans l’ordre prescrit au sein du corps.
