Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: karuna
It teaches an internalized form of worship: the Divine is to be contemplated as seated in the heart-lotus, with specific epithets serving as meditative supports for devotion and steadiness of mind.
By focusing on compassionate divine qualities and visualizing the Lord’s presence within the heart, the devotee turns daily time-cycles and emotions into remembrance, deepening personal, inward bhakti.
It reflects a technical dhyāna/nyāsa-style instruction—using defined names/epithets and a precise inner locus (heart-lotus, petal-tip) as a structured method akin to mantra-application practices found in Vedanga-adjacent ritual disciplines.
