Dans le second cas, il n’y a pas de faute ; par le premier lui-même, on est purifié. Par une naissance, ce qui tient à la naissance est purifié ; de même, par une mort, ce qui tient à la mort est purifié.

FAQs

It teaches that ritual impurity is not an endless stain: it is resolved through the very completion of the first prescribed occurrence and its purification cycle, reaffirming dharma as restorative rather than punitive.

By clarifying shaucha rules, it removes anxiety and hesitation around worship; when purity is properly restored, a devotee can return to steady Vishnu-bhakti without fear of lingering fault.

It reflects kalpa-oriented practical ritual jurisprudence—how to classify and conclude impurity connected to birth (jāta) and death (mṛtaka), aligning household conduct with dharma through rule-based purification.
