कार्त्तिक्यादितृतीयायां प्राश्य गोमूत्रयावकम् नक्तं चरेदब्दमेकम् अब्दान्ते गोप्रदो भवेत् //

Transliteration

kārttikyāditṛtīyāyāṃ prāśya gomūtrayāvakam naktaṃ caredabdamekam abdānte goprado bhavet //

Translation

À partir du troisième jour lunaire du mois de Kārttika, après avoir consommé de l’orge préparée avec l’urine de vache, on doit observer pendant une année entière la règle de « ne manger que la nuit » ; au terme de l’année, on offrira une vache en don.
