तौ तु पक्षप्रहाराभ्यामन्योन्यस्योरुविक्रमौ ।
प्रहरन्तौ भयं तीव्रं प्रजानाञ्चक्रतुस् तदा ॥
tau tu pakṣa-prahārābhyām anyonyasyoru-vikramau /
praharantau bhayaṃ tīvraṃ prajānāṃ cakratus tadā
Mais ces deux êtres, d’une prouesse immense, se frappèrent l’un l’autre par les coups de leurs ailes ; et, à force de se heurter ainsi, ils répandirent une terreur violente parmi les créatures.
