Adhyaya 41 — Yogic Conduct and the Discipline Leading to Siddhi
प्राणायामैः पृथक् कृत्वा शेषं भुञ्जीत कामतः ।
अपः पुनः सकृत् प्राश्य आचम्य हृदयं स्पृशेत् ॥
prāṇāyāmaiḥ pṛthak kṛtvā śeṣaṃ bhuñjīta kāmataḥ | apaḥ punaḥ sakṛt prāśya ācamya hṛdayaṃ spṛśet ||
Après avoir accompli séparément les oblations du prāṇāyāma, il peut manger le reste à son gré. Puis, en prenant une gorgée d’eau de nouveau et en accomplissant l’ācamana, il doit toucher son cœur.
