Adhyaya 35 — Madālasa’s Instruction on Purity, Impurity, and Corrective Rites (Śauca and Aśauca)
संहतानाञ्च वस्त्राणां प्रोक्षणात् सञ्चयस्य च । वल्कलानामशेषाणामम्बुमृच्छौचमिष्यते ॥
saṃhatānāñ ca vastrāṇāṃ prokṣaṇāt sañcayasya ca | valkalānām aśeṣāṇām ambumṛcchaucam iṣyate ||
Pour les vêtements pliés ou empaquetés, et pour les amas ou réserves, la purification se fait par aspersion. Pour toutes les étoffes d’écorce (valkala), la purification est prescrite par l’eau et la terre (argile).
